Devlin and his HELL Ranger crew suspect tainted grappa and investigate a winery built atop a hotly contested aquifer in the Italian Dolomites. Things heat up fast when the killer begins targeting the vineyard’s sibling owners one-by-one.

The stakes soar when that bloodlust menaces world leaders at a global water summit in Verona and the thousands gathered at a Palio horse race in Siena, including Devlin’s son.
